Building Inspections
From foundations to roof, inside and outside, wet areas and surrounding external structures, we assess the structural integrity and condition of the entire property. Our reports identify major defects, safety concerns and summarise minor defects — with photos and clear recommendations.
Pest Inspections

How It Works
Book your inspection - Call us or use our Request a Quote link. Please include the property details and your preferred inspection date, if known.
You’ll receive a link to your online quote, normally within two Astute-BPI business hours. You can accept it through the quote form or by phone. We’ll then send you an online inspection agreement to complete and submit from your mobile device.

We inspect the property - Our inspector conducts a thorough, methodical visual inspection of all safely accessible areas aided by the latest tools and technology. You’re very welcome to attend. If you can’t make it, we’ll phone you shortly after the inspection to discuss our findings.

Receive your report - A detailed, photo-rich report is emailed to you and made available online via a link within 24 hours, outlining the inspection findings and our recommendations.

Follow up phone call - If you find anything in the report unclear, you are urged to phone the inspector who can verbally explain the report in straightforward terms, for further clarity.
